SITUATION
Endress+Hauser Flow welcomes more than 4,000 international visitors annually to its campus in Reinach (Switzerland). As part of the site’s expansion, the company envisioned a new Customer Experience Center, a space where innovation, precision, and brand values could be experienced firsthand rather than explained.

As Co-Project Manager and Art Director, I was responsible for transforming complex industrial technology into an immersive brand experience. My focus lay on the concept development, spatial storytelling, and visual direction in close collaboration with external partners iart (media architecture) and zmik (spatial design).

ACTION
Working in an interdisciplinary team, I helped define the overall visitor journey across 2,000 square meters – from the first light-guided steps into the building to interactive installations and multi-sensory storytelling zones.
Working in an interdisciplinary team, I helped define the overall visitor journey across 2,000 square meters – from the first light-guided steps into the building to interactive installations and multi-sensory storytelling zones.
Directed visual and experiential design concepts ensuring brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Co-led the creative coordination between architecture, engineering, and communication teams.
Art-directed film and photo productions used across the kinetic wall projection, interactive infographics, and media tables.
Oversaw narrative design connecting flow measurement precision with movement, light, and interactivity.
RESULT
The Flow Experience opened in 2022 as a centerpiece of Endress+Hauser’s campus in Reinach (CH), offering visitors a tangible way to explore the company’s expertise. The kinetic wall installation became a signature brand symbol, merging physical and digital motion through 160 movable cubes, 15 projectors, and real-time media control. The project significantly enhanced the visitor experience, aligning brand perception with innovation and precision. The space is now used for customer tours, employee events, and global delegations – showcasing the company’s technological leadership.
REFLECTION
This project deepened my ability to translate abstract brand values into spatial and emotional experiences – balancing design aesthetics, technical feasibility, and user engagement.
